"I care about a lot of things." Jakys murmurs, shaking his head gently "Our engagement was little more than an arrangement, one neither of our hearts was really in. Perhaps if we had waited, talked in person, it might have been more. But the time for that is over, it never was a choice for us."

She nods, standing and brushing the wrinkles from her clothes. After a moment, she speaks again. "What will we do today?"

"I'm not sure." She falls quiet, thinking. "I miss playing with the others, kicking around the leather ball we always had to remake."

"It's about this big," she holds her hands to the size of a soccer ball, "and made of leather. We called the game skaven mo, and you kick the ball around and try to get it into the opposer's area to win a point."
