Roala reached the town sometime later and she took a glance around. Ignoring her feet, she tread on. There was a mission in her mind and she was determined to carry it through.

Cenric felt an arm go around him the instant he stepped inside the door for work. A small ripple of tension could be seen in his shoulders as he looked up-dreading who he knew he would see. There was only three people there at the moment. A hungry grin plastered on the older males face as he pulled him away to a empty corner. Immediately the arm released it's hold and he turned around to face the person. He had learned what happenes when you turned your back on him. "You're late." Cenric looked at him blankly-he had felt it before he saw it. He knew the strike was coming though so he tried to relax as much as he could. Head now to the side he adverted his eyes. "Get to work, we'll deal with this later." A nod was given before he walked back out to the main area, speeding up when he was out of reach.

Roala made it to the small town and took a look at all the sheds that were makeshift shops. She was mainly searching for information, but she could also use a coat. Now just who to ask-that was the question. Ask the wrong questions or too much would most likely get in her in trouble. She grinned. Although that would certainly get attention from those who wouldn't even glance at her otherwise.

Cenric worked on starting to slice the firewood into pieces for the other guys. He had a quota of ten blocks per hour- it was best to get started on early. Then it would get done quicker and he could leave.

Roala made her way down the cleared path before she sighed. Not many folks were out, and the ones who were appeared as if they weren't up for talking much. Per so, she hadn't made any headway- no one was willing to talk to a strange girl in the cold. Inhaling sharply she made her way to a small side street, almost completely hidden. Sliding down she sat on a lopsided crate, taking a moment to rethink her plan.

Cenric raised his arm to wipe his brow when he sliced the 6th one in half. Four more to go, and only 2 minutes to go until the hour was up. Muscles tense he raised the axe and continued.

An auburn wolf trotted through the streets, nose low and ears swiveling as he searched for food. He strayed away from the nosier areas and instead stuck to the alleys, cutting through a main strip, pausing briefly to look around before he spotted a lady in red. He rose his head.

Roala raised her head down low as a breeze came through the small area. She shivered a moment, hands going up to rest on the opposite arms. Despite her efforts, her hair flew out with the wind, the cold still managing to bite her skin. "Gotta get back to work. I need to find it." murmurs as she pushed herself forward. Giving a few blinks she stood before looking around.

Cenric sat the ax down as soon as a yell was heard through the walls. "Alright you lot! 5 minute break and then get your asses back to work." Relieved Cenric hurried to stand outside. He did this as often as he could. Not only did he feel more comfortable outside, but he had some peace. Even if it didn't last.

The wolf tilted its head, then gave a quiet bark and raised its head, ears perked as he tried to get her attention.
Stilling Roala turned in the direction of the bark. Her gaze searched through the snow, body unmoving. Had she imagined it or did she really hear a bark? She didn't see any dogs on her way through, so that could only mean.... Exhaling sharply she finally caught a flash of auburn fur. Blue green eyes met brown ones as she moved forward instead of taking a step back. Granted she was still keeping off her foot, but most would have ran.

He looked over his shoulder at her, giving his fur a shake and taking a few strides again, stopping once more and looking back, giving the low, quiet bark again with a closed muzzle.
Roala watched as the wolf moved passed her with tense shoulders. Eyes remained on it with each step he took. When it didn't attack she turned quickly at the bark. "You want me to follow." Raising an eyebrow she took a step forward after it.

An ear quivered and he turned away when she started after him, trotting forward again and kept off the main streets. Every now and then he would stop to look back at her, then continued towards the edge of town to a little worn down shack tucked into the trees a little.
