"The other Ma'heege,"
"Oh. That. Just a moment." Caspian murmurs, quiet before her turns on his heel, walking upstairs and returning a moment later, sword adorned with a blue gem in the hilt wrapped in cloth in his hand

"Oh. That. Just a moment."
Ini waits, tilting his head at the sword as he comes back down. "What's this?"

"What's this?"
"An old heirloom passed down to my father." Caspian murmurs, barely audible "I want Forest to keep it, to hide it if he can."

"An old heirloom passed down to my father. I want Forest to keep it, to hide it if he can."
He nods. "I'll insure it gets to him."
"Where are you going?" Iberia murmurs, standing on the stairs holding her plate. She had dug out another shirt and it was buttoned loosely, the bandages visible as she keeps herself steady on the railing.
Ini starts and looks at her. "M'lady, I didn't realize you were well enough to move."
"Probably shouldn't, but that isn't stopping me."

"I'll insure it gets to him."
"Thank you." Caspian murmurs, handing it over before he stiffens at the sound of her voice, slowly turns, stiff, wondering how much she heard
"Where are you going?"
"M'lady, I didn't realize you were well enough to move."
"Probably shouldn't, but that isn't stopping me."
"You should be resting." he chides quietly, sighing

"You should be resting."
"I'll rest again in a moment," she murmurs, carrying the bowl over to the water. "Where are you going, Iniago?"
He studies her a long moment. "I believe I should deliver word to the Ajitan about his... About Grelm's demise, lest he tries looking for him. As well as deliver word to the tribe about your choice, and who will serve as successor."
She stands in front of the fire a moment, hair flowing down her back and between her shoulder blades, wavy after taking it down and some of the braids. "I will let the decision fall to Jakys," she says quietly.
"M'lady?"
"The only other I trust would be Vras, but he must focus on caring for his son." She looks to Ini, gaze resolved. "Should Jakys not want to remain at the head, find himself a suitor to stay at his side, then if Vras is willing, let it pass to him."
The wolf dips his head, holding the sword given to him by Caspian. "I'll pass the word on."

"Be careful out there." Caspian states quietly after a moment, barely audible as he studies Iberia

"Be careful out there."
Ini nods and smiles. "I'll return as soon as I can." He grabs his cloak and wraps it around his shoulders before he steps outside. Iberia watches him go, the door closing as she takes a deep breath.

"You better be." Caspian murmurs, watching him leave before his eyes flick to Iberia, lips pursing "How much did you hear."

"How much did you hear."
"Only enough to know there's another Ma'heege nearby," she replies, looking at him. "And even then, secrets are safe if I were to catch wind."

"That's quite relieving to hear." Caspian replies, sighing softly as he lets out the breath he was holding in

Iberia nods, looking to the fire a moment, a hand coming to her side. "If you retrieve some water, I'll warm it so I can wash the blood from our clothes," she says quietly. "It's the least I can do."

"Please." She looks to him. "If I'm to remain in bed and rest, at least allow me to do something small before I do so."

Lips pursing, Caspian studies her for a moment before he sighs, shaking his head "There's no need for me to retrieve water." he mutters quietly, hushed
