Sitting at the table, Caspian's gaze remains clouded as he looks over the sword laying in his lap, unresponsive to her presence, lost in thought

Quietyly Iberia works, though after a while she has to stop and leans back, a hand finding her side. She steadies her breath before she continues, having washed his shirt and breeches before moving on to her own clothes. Though, once again her hands pause as she rubs her thumbs over the fabric, and suddenly she feels as though she's making a mistake.

"You really did not have to do that." Caspian murmurs, walking up behind her, hands reaching out for her before he catches himself, arms dropping back by his side as he steps away from her

"You really did not have to do that."
She shakes her head and continues, finishing up with a small smile as she accepts the fact that what she thinks isn't what she feels. "No, it's the least I can do." Once finished, she turns and looks at him, expression a mix between troubled and uncomfortable, having never been away from Iniago for so long. After the attack, she felt lost, and now she was gaining that feeling again. "Besides, we need the clothes."

"No, it's the least I can do. Besides, we need the clothes."
Studying her for a moment, Caspian's lips purse before he exhales softly, gaze shadowed as he looks over her "Are you sure you don't mind helping me find X'zayvean?" he asks, voice low "You don't have to go, I can search for him alone if need be. And you could stay here and wait for Iniago to come back, or track him down if you wish."

"Are you sure you don't mind helping me find X'zayvean? You don't have to go, I can search for him alone if need be. And you could stay here and wait for Iniago to come back, or track him down if you wish."
"No," she quips, standing slowly with the now clean clothes ready to dry. "If I stay here, I'll go mad with the silence and nothing to do. If I go, it'll only make things a little more difficult." She hangs the clothes on the chairs and moves them closer to the fire. "I want to stay true to my kahl," she starts again after a moment. "But after these last few years of leading against my will, I'm half worried I'll be leaving the tribes in the wrong hands. But I'm no leader, I never have been. Yet I still worry about them, but I don't want myself pinned under a weight that I can't carry." Ib looks back at him, having finished as she chases away the uncertainty. "So I want to help you find him. It's the least I can do of my own choice.."
